Perfectly situated up a quiet private drive overlooking Raglan Harbour to the North and the Inner Harbour to the East, this 3-bedroomed family house is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Raglan and the town Beach, and a five minute drive from the surfing beaches.
FACILITIES AND AMENITIES:
Sleeps up to 7. Master bedroom with views (queen), second bedroom (double and single), third small bedroom (single) plus extra trundler bed. Spacious lounge with French doors opening onto deck. Spectacular harbour views from deck, lounge, kitchen and master bedroom. Lawned garden area all around the house making it especially suitable for young families.
Full kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Wireless Internet access available, also TV/DVD/VCR. BYO decoder for SKY.
Radiant LPG gas heater and two oil-filled electric radiators available for winter heating.
This is great value accommodation for central Raglan and ideal for families or groups.

PEACEFUL SELF-CONTAINED APARTMENT IN TRADITIONAL RAGLAN BACH.
Secluded and sunny location with wonderful water views. Up a quiet private drive, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Raglan and the town beach, and a five minute drive from the surfing beaches. Lounge and bedroom opening onto decks with wonderful views of Raglan Harbour to the North and the Inner Harbour to the East.
FACILITIES AND AMENITIES:
The apartment sleeps up to 4, with a double bedroom, twin-bedded lounge, kitchenette area and bathroom with shower.
The lounge has a rollaway guest bed which converts either to one queen-sized bed or two singles. The kitchenette has an induction hob, electric mini oven, fridge/freezer and microwave, and a washing-machine.
Wireless Internet access is available, also SKY TV (free to air) and a DVD player. BYO SKY decoder if you want more.
Radiant LPG gas heater, oil-filled electric radiator, electric convector available for winter heating.
This is great value accommodation for central Raglan and ideal for a couple or small family group.

The Number Four holiday apartment is the right place to enjoy the heart of Raglan on foot and further afield by car. It provides restful superior accommodation at an affordable price. You’ll find the main café and shopping area just a two minute walk away. Local fashion starts a short stroll away at Flaxen. Continue down Bankart Street for fine arts at the Combined Artist’s studio. Walk to the cafes, the heritage hotel and main shopping area, which are just around the corner in Bow Street and Wainui Road. Stroll along the harbourside for fishing at the jetty, or kayaking. Over the footbridge you can walk to the Kopua reserve and beach in five minutes.
The most popular surf beach for experienced surfers is Manu Bay, which is about a 10 minute drive from the apartment on Wainui Road. Continue on along the coast for more surf at Whale Bay and Indicators Bay. The black sand and surf of Ngarunui Beach is just a 7 minute drive from the apartment. After a day of surfing you can relax at Number Four, before heading around the corner to the cafes.
