Solscape incorporating the Raglan YHA is close to the surf at Manu Bay. Both of these backpackers will pick you up in Raglan and take you to their accommodation. I'm not aware of anybody that does a free service to Raglan - Auckland Airport. There is a shuttle that does that route.
